Originally from Minnesota, Julie understands the importance of relationships. She serves on the leadership team at KW Smart 1 in Winter Haven, FL as Director of Business Development. She loves connecting agents to training and support systems above and beyond the KW standard and does all she can to make connection to KW as smooth as possible. She's known for being an energetic and encouraging leader.

Julie serves as Treasurer of the EPCAR local Realtor association. She is a small group leader and member of community ministries team at Haven Worship Center, a certified, ordained Life Coach Minister and Wedding Officiant and continues to expand her ministry training. She and her husband Don are Winter Haven residents and enjoy traveling and motorcycle riding.

Historically, Julie was top agent of 50 her rookie year in Illinois where she learned how to coach and motivate her productivity team of ten fellow agents. After moving to Florida in 2009, she discovered her passion for helping others succeed through training, coaching, and support as the qualifying Broker for a team of 88 agents. She went on to open her own brokerage, before merging into Keller Williams Realty Palm Beaches in 2013 as Assistant Team Leader/Broker On Site. In 2018, Julie became the Team Leader/Broker On-Site, overseeing well over 200 agents for the Keller Williams Treasure Coast office. Julie served as President of the local network of Women's Council of Realtors and served as a Director for JTHS Association of Realtors and moved to Winter Haven, FL in 2020.
