I grew up near Destin, Florida on the Panhandle where I had an amazing childhood with two great parents. Landed in Lakeland, Florida to go to college at Florida Southern College. After school I had realized that the education I received didn't match the goals that I had for my life, so I went hunting for some mentors.

I found many great mentors, through in person relationships and through books, seminars and audios. By the age of 27 through influence from mentors I had completed my Entrepreneurial / Business Owner Education which took 4 years and over 300+ books and other resources. I have had a few mini careers in sales jobs, from being a financial planner, mortgage broker, seminar designer and speaker along with coaching many others along the way. In those years of study I found God at a deeper level and learned of my true source of purpose through him and Jesus Christ.

My Real Estate career started around 2005 where I was involved in investment groups that were working on building their portfolio together as a team. From 2005 to 2010 I was involved in over 100 investment deals in many different roles. Some I owned myself others I wholesaled and others I was an analysts on. I began working as a Realtor in 2009 to try a different form of making income in the industry and took to it quickly becoming the areas "Rookie of the Year" 25+ families the first year. The following year I had increased my sales into the 36+ range and was offered a corporate sales job that I couldn't refuse.

​ In the corporate sales job I had the blessing to work with 650 small businesses in Polk county that were in need of consulting on the back end operations of their companies. I had a chance to master understanding over those elements of legal, HR, finance and risk reduction.

In 2013 I was honored to be asked to take over a KW Realty Brokerage in Winter Haven, Fl. A great opportunity to learn to lead at a higher level and to grow my skills in business. With a rocky start and a company that was on it's last leg I was able to turn the office around and take it to #1 in it's market and #2 in the whole county. In 2016 we were recognized as the #1 Brokerage out of 6,000 in Central Florida for Year over Year growth in Sales. We have succeeded with that due to coaching and consulting our agents to success!
