Ethan Havlock was born in 1996 and was raised in Lake Placid, Florida; recently moved to Lake Wales, Florida. Ethan comes from a background of 6 years in customer service and brings teamwork, professionalism, flexibility, self-motivation, adaptability, problem-solving, positive attitude and integrity to bear when working with his real estate clients.

Ethan Havlock attended State Florida State College and earned a Bachelor degree in Business Management and Supervision, and Ethan’s skills in Business Management gives him a unique insight into how to form a relationship with clients and co-works, protect clients and co-works.

Ethan Havlock entered the Real Estate world in order to be his/her own boss, provide better for his family, meet new people, and help people accomplish financial and personal stability and hasn’t looked back.

Ethan Havlock is married and lives in Lake Wales, Florida with his wife. He spends his free time swimming, reading, performing DIY projects, researching future investments, researching the market and enjoying family time.
